While we make every effort to serve our users with excellence, we understand that circumstances might warrant requests for refunds, partial refunds, or order cancellations. Eligibility, Terms, and Conditions of Refund:

  1. Service Completion and Timeframe: All our services are non-refundable unless there is a failure in delivering the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, expedited services may incur different pricing, and work initiation is contingent upon receipt of the quoted amount.
  2. Refund for Uncompleted Work: Users may request a refund if the service they have availed remains incomplete and the timeline provided to finish the work was reasonable. Refund requests should be made within 24 hours of the original work delivery.
  3. Non-Cancellation of Completed Services: Services that have already been provided, whether fully or partially, are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If a refund is requested for a completed service, it implies a waiver of rights to that particular work.
  4. Continuous Service Refund: For ongoing services with pre-paid fees, refund requests must be initiated within two days. If work has been partially completed, the corresponding payment for that portion will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Revision and Modification Requests: Revision or modification requests are acceptable within 24 hours of the work’s original submission, provided they align with the context specified during the initial service request.
  6. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the same account and payment method used for the original transaction. PEDAGOGISTA reserves the right to deduct refund charges and related fees before processing the refund, subject to a minimum charge of 5% to 12% of the refunded amount.
  7. Communication and Confirmation: All refund requests and cancellations are subject to confirmation from a member of our team. Users are advised to maintain open communication to ensure the process is facilitated accurately.
  8. Reasons for Refund: Users can request refunds for reasons such as non-delivery or delayed delivery of work. Such claims must be substantiated with appropriate evidence.
  9. Partial Refund for Incomplete Work: In cases where work is partially incomplete, a partial refund may be considered based on the work’s progress.
  10. Modification and Clarification Period: Users can request modifications or clarifications within 2 to 7 days from the delivery date. Requests after this period will be subject to extra payment.
  11. Refund Review and Grounds: Refund requests must be supported by relevant evidence of service inconsistency or failure. Users must communicate via email or chat support, explaining the grounds for refund.
  12. Order Cancellation: For orders with a delivery time greater than one day, cancellation is permissible only if work has not yet commenced.
  13. No Refund for Expedited Deliveries: Services requiring delivery within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Our refund policy has been designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and the satisfaction of our users. It is recommended that users carefully assess these terms before availing our services. A refund request can only proceed with intimating to us the issues/problems in the purchase. Refunds will only be allowed if the User state the reason behind it. Users must contact us by email or chat support to show the grounds for a refund. If you don’t follow policy, then chargeback is strictly not allowed.
